10 February: Formula 1 Testing - Jerez - Day 4
Pedro de la Rosa suffered an engine failure on his car late in the afternoon. Nick Heifeld had a problem on his BMW Sauber while Mark Webber had an off damaging his car and due to limited spare parts the team couldn't repair the car. Renault managed to rectify the rear wing problem that limited their running yesterday and had 2 cars running simultaneously. Weather conditions were damp from overnight rain then sunny with air temperature reaching 23 degrees and track temperatures reaching 27 degrees.
