For the second year, British racing driver Pippa Mann teamed up with Susan G. Komen for the Indianapolis 500 in a campaign to raise awareness and funds throughout the month of May. This year, Mann raised $61,150 through her Indiegogo campaign ù exceeding her goal by $11,150 ù with $51,500 going to Komen to support the fight against breast cancer! Returning to the Indianapolis Motor Speedway with Dale Coyne Racing, Mann drove the No. 63 car in her fourth Indy 500 appearance on Sunday, May 24. From Opening Day at IMS through Race Day, MannÆs car, helmet, firesuit and more were turned pink in an effort to raise awareness of breast cancer.
