Is anyone paying attention to the pace of the Toyota team lately? Jarno Trulli, whom yours truly (pun intended) said still could shock, is on the 4th row of the grid followed by Ralf!!!

Nico Rosberg has his Williams-Toyota even higher!

And where is Button, Barrichello and Honda?
Christoforo

You're not getting old, the music just sucks!!

Fernando Alonso is currently the best... Period!!!

Alonso showed a cool head on that move of Nick's, showed him just enough, Nick was good enough to respond. Good racecraft by both.
DC destroyed a driveshaft
These days they just do not let go.
Bye bye Fisi
Bye bye Ralf 8)
Kimi and Alonso played smart for the second engine race rule..
Hambone did not.
Red Bull will challenge the slower BMW driver by seasons end.
Drive of the day always, in my book, goes to the pole sitter who wins.
3/4 drive of the day....DC/Webber. DC was driving like a man pursued by a Demon ......Webber passed Fisi with his fuel flap sitting up like Bull's Bal...
pass of the day....Nick.
Lets go see the Camels award.....Nico........Dead set, Nico must have done an extra ten Kilometres today
Oh,.........by the way.......Renault are buggered with Bridgestones.
Honda is BBQed.
There are only two drivers I would let loose in "Therapy.......

Not far from what I had expected results wise...

Where are those Einsteins who knew after Sepang how erratic the FERRARI drivers are as opposed to the silver boys?

Altogether the best GP so far this year, really close promising a lot more for the whole season.

FELIPE was foot perfect but had to be on the limit as all of the top 5. Small differences making the difference really, this time FERNANDO got beaten by NICK who showed abeautiful manoevre in passing the champ and sharing my driver of the day with FELIPE.

LEWIS was very impressive again showing an extremely steep learning curve. HEIKKI cant follow track, actually Flavio might offer the 2nd RENAULT seat to someone like JENSON, ADRIAN or SEBASTIAN...

A close race and another sign that the championship will be very close this season and it could be a 4-way battle.

Massa had a good start from pole and never looked troubled. Hamilton continues to impress finishing second and closing in on Massa towards the end of the race. Raikkonen lost a place at the start but made it up at the first pit stop, he closed in on Hamilton during the second stint but stopped earlier and settled for third.
Heidfeld was very impressive not only keeping up with the topo two teams but also managing to take 4th from Alonso on the track. Alonso was surprisingly off the pace, is it the pressure of Hamilton or did he just have poor balance ?
Kubica struggled in comparison to Heidfeld but was still comfortable in 6th while Trulli and Fisichella made the top 8.
Hard luck to Coulthard and Webber who both looked strong in the race and could have scored points. Lets hope the Red Bull car can get reliable enough.

Your thoughts and the driver of the day ?

PS. If you want me to add a driver outside the top 8 to the poll, just send me a PM and I'll add that driver.

Not a spectacular race by any means... My driver of the day goes to Massa. He was very quick and free of major errors.

Hamilton deserves a mention as he left Alonso in his rearview mirror throughout the entire weekend.

Raikkonen was plain vanilla. He needs to work on his aggression, attack more. He was way too benign :)

Heidfeld is perhaps the most consistent guy out there. If he were to drive a Ferrari or McL he'd have been on top. That said BMW looks quite strong, ranks at third.

Alonso... He must recover fast if he's to prevent Hamilton steal the limelight.

Kubica: Getting better. He has been unlucky so far but given the right circumstances he can do some damage.

Trulli is a strange fella. Just when people start to think less of him he goes out there and drives quite acceptably. Ralf will be losing some sleep for sure.

Fisichella... Poor form, weak car. He will probably be in the points in every race but Renault obviously has not recovered from Alonso-less syndrome.

I gotta mention Coulthard too. He was one of the best this weekend. Only if he hadn't retired...
