Basically I agree with the Heretic but I see Kimi in front. Also Ferrari shouldnt be too underrated. They were really fast in Australia followed by a real struggle in Sepang. Make this up as you like but if you take Sepang as an unlikely disaster mainly caused by the tyres, then why shouldnt the new F2005 prove good competition in Bahrain.
Re. Renault they will be excellent again but I can see a closely matched field incl.Toyota and Williams and by that Fernando(faster than GC) wont have all things his way.
1.Kimi 2.Michael 3.Fernando

A reasonable summation, except in your assessment of Mark, and I would like to believe I am not a one eyed fan. Mark leapt to the attention of a lot of seasoned observers trackside in his first season of FF. Through out his Oz career the thing that stood out, to me and many others, was his FLAIR, 10 tenths car control, and the ability to finish
I believe Mark has reigned in some of that flair while he develops himself and the team. As a relatively inexeperienced F1 pilot he was cast into the role of senior driver at Minardi and Jaguar, and Frank has placed that responsibility on him again. When he sees himself as an established F1 pilot to his own satisfaction, there will be no lack of flair, and many people will elevate him in their ranking. Montoya, for one, would do well to emulate this .

Julian,
I am not particularly hard on Webber, in fact I do not know what to think of him. In the drives that he has had so far he has been consistently the best driver in the team but is that because of his experience and professionalism or is it flair?
A good driver needs both but when a driver gets to only drive second rate cars it is almost impossible to judge.
I sincerely hope you are right. And if you are I hope that he gets a fast car before he gets to his use by date. Fisichella is a great example of suffering with non-competitive cars when he was at his peak. Who knows if he is fast enough today to stay with Alonso (5 years ago he may have been but we could not tell - he did not have the car).

Malaysia Review / Bahrain Preview ????
hello???
we're in Barcelona now!!!
anyway nice to have The heretic personally answering!!
talking about Webber with Julians seems to me like talking about MShumierda with K-D or talking about Todt with me....
Webber has still all to prove in a top-car... for now he seems to be still in jaguar, qualifies, then fade-out....
Webber~Trully??? "I concur"
Please don't hate me too much!! I can change my point of view so easly with some good results from him!!!
(i just was expecting more from him and I'm disappointed now
)

I, and a lot of people here, who have seen Mark race, are disappointed in Williams. Even Frank (sir)is blaming the car, not mark. And that is something for a team ownersgd wrote:Malaysia Review / Bahrain Preview ????![]()
