Aug.2 (GMM) Sebastien Bourdais has been demoted five positions on the grid for the Hungarian grand prix.
The Frenchman qualified his Toro Rosso in 14th position on Saturday, but BMW-Sauber competitor Nick Heidfeld - who subsequently dropped out of the initial 'Q1' segment - complained that he was held up through the final corner.F1 rookie Bourdais, who will now start the grand prix from P19 following the stewards' enquiry, was on an out-lap at the time."Sebastien was right in my way," an angry Heidfeld, who did not get out of his car immediately after missing the cut, said.He explained: "I was hoping it was so obvious he would be penalised right away and I could still get into Q2."
