Jul.20 (GMM) Timo Glock was taken to hospital but is basically uninjured following his crash during the German grand prix on Sunday.
On lap 36 at Hockenheim, the local driver lost control of his Toyota in the last corner with possible rear suspension damage, and hit the concrete pitlane wall backwards at high speed.Clutching at his back, Glock was helped from the car by marshals, who provided him with an outdoor chair. He was then taken to the circuit medical centre."Timo is fine and there are no physical signs of injury," the Japanese team said later."He has been taken to a hospital for further precautionary checks," Toyota added.Team principal Tadashi Yamashina said it is too early to determine the cause of the crash.
