It was another very cold start in Barcelona this morning for the second day of the test as Rubens Barrichello and Jenson Button continued their running in chassis RA106-01 and chassis RA106-02 respectively. Both drivers were confined to installation laps only in the first part of the
morning as the circuit gravel traps were still frozen at 9.00am. Once they were able to go out for some serious running around 11.00am, Rubens and Jenson continued to work on the general chassis set-up and development of the two brand new chassis. Rubens completed 67 laps in total,
setting the second fastest time of the day – a 01:16.350. Jenson completed 81 laps. |
