Montoya!
why? he's fast, if the car is consistent so he is too, he know what overtaking does means and he has the "champ" factor... I think that in today's grid only Kimi and Alonso could botter him but I see him superior. battle with Kimi will be great opportunity to see if I'm right or not... although their 2nd year together will be more significant! ;)

I'd say Alonso

But how come Villeneuve is not there

He just needs 1 more to become a multi year champ

After 2006,Kimi will move to Ferrari in place of Michael :D

He's definitely multiyear championship material.

Then i would rate Alonso,Montoyo,Fisi(if he stays longer) & Webber.

But i doubt any one of these would have a run on championship like Michael has.All of them will be in competitive cars and are almost at the same level in driving skill department, though different style.

Narain Karthikeyan ??? :alright:

I think Ron has locked Kimi at McLaren and threw the key ... he likes Finns!!

Karthikeyan   He'll be happy if he becomes a multi year F1 driver
I must say that he exceeded my expectations in Melbourne

[Tell me though does Tata produce fast cars [/quote]

:D TATA in Hindi(Natinal language of India) means bye-bye.
But this doesnt constitute in fast cars, zipping away saying TATA

Being an Indian, wishful thinking would be that Narain wins atleast 1GP in his lifetime. To take the championship there's another Indian driver making waves in the international arena-Karun Chandok, age 22. Have expectations from him.

But TATA does make fasssst trucks

Interesting, we use tata for goodbye too, ta on its own is thank you

Wonder where its origins came from ?

But if TATA is goodbye in Indian why would a company call it self goodbye

These TATA cars, are they based on something or are they fully Indian designed/built

Graham, TATA is actually the second name of the founder of this company-Sir Jamshedji TATA.

TATA cars are fully designed and manufactured in India. Its the only truely Indian car company without any international car manufacturers assistance.TATA is also the Indian arm of Mercedes Benz.Their hatchback is sold in Europe & Africa under Rover brand. They are very successful in pickup trucks internationally under various brands.Predominantly Diesel versions cars.
TATA on a whole is a 12 billion $ company with various business interest like Hotels,Construction ,steel etc.and their Nasdaq listed software group TCS(TATA Consultancy Services).TCS infact has recently signed a contract with Ferrari & other car manufacturers for their software solutions.

Very interesting

Never heard of them until I was reading about Karthy

Come to think of it though, didn't they enter the Paris Dakar one of those years ? Maybe I'm mixing them with another truck company!

TATA does compete in cross country Truck racing in Asia,Europe etc,but not sure if they took part in the Dakar rally individually maybe through some collabration.
