Predict Fastest Lap Time - 2006 Bahrain GP (JayVee closest!)

The 2006 F1 season is about to start (finally 
) and our prediction competitions are back too 
So go ahead and have a crack at the Fastest Lap time of the Race. Lets see who can be closest to predict the Fastest Lap time during the 2006 Bahrain F1 race.
If someone gets a perfect match or near perfect (+/- 0.1 seconds), we'll give away a prize. (A choice between an Digital Alarm Clock and a Stopwatch).
And an even better prize if you get the time and the driver (A pair of Binoculars) and better still if you get the time, the driver and the lap number (A USD $100 instant gift certificate or equavilent from a choice of suppliers!)
Please include the time to the 1000's of a second, the driver and the lap number. You can if you wish include a wet time as well (:excuse: in Bahrain
- hey you never know!)
For reference, the Fastest Lap time from the 2005 race in Bahrain (Sakhir) was 1:31.447 (Pedro de la Rosa) on lap 43
Race in 2005 was run under very hot conditions. It is expected the race will be much cooler this year.
The cars were running V10 engines last year. This year they are running V8 engines.
This year a number of teams tested at the track. Michael Schumacher in the Ferrari set the fastest time in a 2006 spec car with a 1:30.723
The Fine Print
One entry (dry and wet) per user with one change per condition allowed. Entries close prior to the start of qualifying session on Saturday
The winner will be the one who manages to predict the closest time. You need to be within 0.1 seconds of the fastest lap time to be declared the winner.
In case of two players predicting the same time and driver, the player who submitted earlier will be the winner.
Changing time and/or driver is allowed only once and the change cannot be a max or min to try and gain advantage (eg. if the highest fastest time posted is a 1:45.345, a player cannot change their time to a time above that)
