Where can i find the each-lap times of, at least, the last rece?

Each lap time per driver isn't published by the FIA.

For the best lap times per driver for the Australian Grand Prix, you can check out Stats F1

There are at least one pay-site offering full lap details for all drivers. I am not paying for the service there, so not sure that they still do. But know they did last season.

Not sure of rules governing advertising other sites. So PM or e-mail me if you wnat to know which one.

Yes there are subscription sites that offer that.

With regards to mentioning other sites, we aren't particularly strict unless it is an advertising attempt.

It is also worth clarifying that posting information here that is available only from a subsciption site isn't allowed. Posting articles from other sites isn't allowed either.
