Firstly.....there are photos of a plane in a roof....and you pick up the spelling of Ambulance....
Secondly... we have very short attention spans, so thjey shorten the words to help us read....

somebody needs to tell the pilot that he was maybe a bit ambitious with his angle of descent!

He may have been attempting to rescue a drowning civilian, when his plan backfired...
