I dont know if anyones been keeping an eye on the hot shots for f1, but Heiki Kovalainen is one of the best young gp2 series drivers who is knocking on the door of f1. He has a reputation as he wins a lot of gp2 series races and is also the WDC leader of gp2 series + HE BEAT MICHAEL SCHUMACHER IN EQUAL CARS AT THE RACE OF CHAMPIONS.

He is certainly worth a look

I expect Kovalainen to be the Renault test driver next year and take the driver seat in 07.
