Lance Stroll had a fuel problem with his Aston Martin and failed to set a time.
Sergio Perez dropped his left rear into the gravel on the outside of the Parabolica and rolled backwards into the barrier. Damage was probably just the rear wing and a lot of vacuuming.
Both incidents brought out the red flags.

Well, what a fantastic race.
From Carlos Sainz' robust defence against both the Red Bulls and even his team mate to Liam Lawson refusing to yield to the fast finishing Oscar Piastri, this race had it all.
Penalties were handed out like lollies. Both Mercedes drivers, Logan Sargeant and Oscar Piastri all felt the wrath of the stewards with 5 second penalties for various offences. I suppose my biggest gripe with this was the incident between Oscar Piastri and Lewis Hamilton where the same 5 second penalty was handed out to Lewis and Oscar had to head to the pits for a 23 second visit to replace the nose of his McLaren effectively ruining his race while Lewis managed to maintain his position to the finish.
That's my soap box and others are free to agree or disagree.
With the improvement to the Williams team being at the fringe of the top 10 for both drivers, it is a welcome change to where they has been and a credit to all involved. Logan Sargeant will score points in 2023. He just needs to be in the right place when the balls fall for him.
Also, the race wasn't artificially manipulated by safety cars to keep all competitors within striking distance of each other. The weather had no impact and we had a real shootout for the whole race instead of Max being 30 plus seconds down the road. It was a great race!
