Better to bet on an alien...

Gambling update for those of you who like a flutter...
Despite David Coulthard notching up another point at the Spanish Grand Prix, bookies are offering odds on the Red Bull driver of only 200-1 on him becoming F1 World Champion, the first Scot to do so since Sir Jackie ?it was tougher in my day? Stewart. In fact, the existence of the Loch Ness Monster is considered more likely than DC winning the title, with the legendary monster priced at 100-1 while the prospect of an alien spaceship landing on the White House lawn is only 50-1. However, David can take some consolation in the fact that his odds look positively generous compared to either of the two Minardi drivers, who are at 1500-1. For comparison it?s a safer bet on Brtiney Spears calling her new baby ?Toxic? at 500-1 (with Paddy Power, if you fancy a punt).

(obviously still with too much time on my hands thanks to the ongoing mumps..!)
