Pedrosa has won the MotoGP of Spain ahead of Rossi and Lorenzo. Hayden, Capirossi, Toseland, Hopkins, Dovizioso, Nakano and Vermeulen make the top 10.

Pedrosa passed Lorenze (who started from Pole) at the start and never looked back. Rossi managed a number of nice overtaking moves on Hayden and Lorenzo and managed to get into second however he couldn't catch Pedrosa.

Stoner was up to 4th early in the race but went wide and lost a lot of places. He fought back and while in 11th fighting Nakano and Vermeulen for 9th he once again went wide. He finished 11th.
