World Superbike to race in US next year........

On the heels of both a successful MotoGP event at Laguna Seca and the recent announcement of a second MotoGP event at the fabled Indianapolis Motor Speedway, World Superbike officials announced earlier today that the World Superbike series will be returning to the United States since running at Laguna Seca from 1995-2004 with a round of the World Superbikes at Miller Motorsports Park in Tooele, Utah; according to both series and track officials WSBK will run with the US-based AMA Superbikes the weekend of 1 June 2008
