PHILLIP ISLAND. DEC 8-10

The last round of the series for V8Supercars is at the Island on the above dates.
It will be a classic V8Supercar showdown for the championship, this time between Rick Kelly and Craig Lowndes. The Holden vs Ford V8Supercar challenge is on with the youthful Kelly pedalling the GM Holden product, and Lowndes, once known as "The Kid", but now a wiley,vastly experienced campaigner wheeling out his near new Ford.

John Bowe will wear the colours of Team BOC for the last time, at the Island, this weekend

With a mere 7 points between Lowndes and Rick Kelly, the season heads to a nail biting close for both drivers.
Ford wrapped up the ManChamp in Bahrain, and the Toll/HSV team has secured the Team Championship

friday-practice...30 laps
saturday-V8Supercar qualifying...20 minutes
saturday-V8Supercar Top Ten Shootout.

saturday-Race One ...23 laps

sunday-Race Two ..32 laps
sunday-Race Three ...32 laps

Channel Ten will televise the Program for the last time, the broadcast rights having gone to CH 7 next season.
Broadcast times for the Grand Finale of the V8Supercar Season are
Saturday-3.30-5pm
Sunday- 2pm-5pm
As always, please check your local guides.

Father-in-law's party but good idea... not sure the rest of the family will agree, considering what it has cost us to put this thing on.
Perhaps I could come down with 24hour plague or something. :D

I love Phillip Island, though I wouldn't want to live there. :? It's a bit cold, windy and exposed a lot like the misses :shock:
