You people feeling cold? I will have them install heaters too. Not to mention a good A/C system for the summer heat.
Hey wait, you guys have summer there now don't you. Can't ever get used to it...
Still spring but has been hot and extremely dry. We are not allowed to water our lawns, wash cars or windows. Can only water with hand held hose with trigger release on certain days and between 6 am and 8 am and then between 8 pm and 10 pm. On the 9th December the water restrictions will be even tighter. No watering outside at all and numerous other restrictions.

We're lucky in that aspect. The winter has not settled in yet but we have occasional cold fall days.

We are going through an extreme drought here. Water catchment areas are at an all time low.

Do they try to "seed" the clouds to induce rain?

In that case it's high time to get the tribal clothes out of the closet and do a rain dance
Joke aside, I really hope that that the drought will end soon.

Up here we cannot have hoses attached to taps , can use a bucket of water to wash car windows only, no watering of anything,

Wow, that is bad. Dunno if it means anything but you folks have my sympathy. The drought will pass soon.

Strongly depends on the neighbor I'd say

But yeah, I understand what you mean. Thinking of the US or moving to another part of Australia?
