Lloyd Wins Race, Clinches 2007 Indy Pro Series title.........

In drag racing, they call it a "holeshot win", when the dragster gets the jump on his/her opponent and leads down the quarter-mile......well, in today's Carneros 100, that is exactly what Alex Lloyd did, gaining the lead in turn 2 from Cheever Racing's Richard Antinucci and running away with the race, winning his 8th IPS race of 2007 and clinching the series title for the year............here are the top-10 from the Carneros 100:

1st} Alex Lloyd, Sam Schmidt Motorsports
2nd} Richard Antinucci, Cheever Racing
3rd} Mike Potekhen, Apex Racing
4th} Stephen Simpson, Kenn Hardley Racing
5th} Jaime Camara, Andretti-Green Racing
6th} Logan Gomez, Sam Schmidt Motorsports
7th} Andrew Prendeville, RLR-Andersen Racing
8th} Ryan Justice, Sam Schmidt Motorsports**
9th} Jonathan Klein, Team Moore Racing
10th} Brad Jaeger, Brian Stewart Racing

**--the top 8 finishers will be inverted for the Valley of the Moon 100 on Sunday, meaning that Justice will start from the pole
