Not sure if this is the right place for this but since there is no other thread....

My Picks


Winner : Fernando Alonso ~ Has to defend his championship and he is confident.

Second : Michael Schumacher ~ Can't discount him

Third : Kimi Raikkonen ~ Needs a good one to impress a red team

Fourth : Felipe Massa ~ See above

Fifth : Pedro de la Rosa ~ Has proven he can do it.

Sixth : Ralf Schumacher ~ Supposed to have an interesting new wing.

Seventh : Jenson Button ~ Not sure but hopefully will be able to points on the board again.

Eighth : David Coulthard ~ It belongs to him

Pole : Fernando Alonso ~ Have to pick someone

Of course if I change my mind when the news on mass dampers comes out I will have to re-submit... :shock: :shock: :shock: :shock:

The Turkish Grand Prix is on the 27th of August. Pick submissions close on the 25th of August prior to the start of the 1st Friday practice session at 11:00 AM local time (08:00 GMT).

NOTE: Juan Pablo Montoya is replaced by Pedro de la Rosa at McLaren.
Jacques Villeneuve is replaced by Robert Kubica at BMW Sauber.
Franck Montagny is replaced by Sakon Yamamoto at Super Aguri.

Go ahead and submit your picks here then come back and paste your picks on this thread with some explanation why you think this pick is the right one.

Second: Felipe Massa - Ferrari 1-2. Just because they can
Third: Kimi Raikkonen - Next year can't come soon enough
Fourth: Fernando Alonso - Renault & FA are finally having a few problems
Fifth: Giancarlo Fisichella - Is TOO good not to finish in top 8
Sixth: Pedro de la Rosa - Why not!!
Seventh: Rubens Barrichello - Come on 2007
Eighth: Mark Webber - The Williams have to be able to get the car to the finish line at least once more!!
