Sandown driver pairings will not be available until a decision is made on teams cross-entering their drivers.
Walkinshaw has proposed cross entering drivers from different teams under his control.
IE; grouping the Kelly Brothers together etc

And lo, a decision has been made by Mr Walkinshaw.
Rick n Tod Kelly will drive together in the Sandown and Bathurst Enduros.
Tander and Skaife will pair.
The Master, Jim Richards, will drive with the apprentice, Ryan Briscoe

In the Morris/Sirromet Wines camp, Morris will pair with Steve Ellery, and Alan Gurr will share duties with NZedder Kayne Scott.
Scott is no mean peddler of fast cars. He won the NZ V8 series in '05-'06.
he has won the Trans-Am ch'ship 5 times. He knows The Mountain.

Even though the driver lineups aren't set in stone yet, who do you see as the favorites at the moment for both Sandown, and after that, Bathurst?

Sandown:
Lowndes
Skaife/Tander
Kellys
Ingall
Jim Richards
S Richards
Jason Richards
And that is in no particular order.
Bathurst:
The Mountain first, followed by
Lowndes
Ingall
Kellys
Skaife
Normally I would have installed a Holden, ie Kellys as favourite, based on their superior "power down'.
They have shown technical weaknesses in the drive train several times this season, The Mountain finds weakness swiftly, and punishes appropriately.
Lowndes is getting the right car at the right time, if Oran Park is any guide.

Mfer, should you choose to accept it, this is your mission.
Which was the team that Lowndes was in, with Montoya?
How did their times compare ?

The reason I ask is that Lowndes, who is not known for big, brash, bold statements, has said here that Ambrose will blow Montoya to the boondocks in Nascar.
