Didnt get a chance to go to Peter's Party(was not invited & couldnt gate crash too ) otherwise he would be lying dead in the pool of alcohol

Yeah, that incident. Depending on whose version(and when you heard it!) of the story you hear, Danica either:
A)slapped fellow driver Jaques Lazier in the face on the way to the infield care center;
B)punched him in the face on the way there, or,
C)tapped him on the side of the head as if to say, "think, dude!".

Chances are it was either B or C, but.....it could've been worse. If that had been Ryan Briscoe in the other car......Draw your own conclusions, T-K.
