Larry Perkins will field Jack Perkins and Shane Price in his Jack Daniels Racing Team in 2007. The team is currently building two VE spec commodores for the pair. Jack will run in the #11 car, the number Larry made famous. Shane will run the #7 left vacant by Steven Richards departure.

Neither Briscoe nor Brabham will be available for the Enduros this year. With Jim Richards out, there is some serious head scratching going on in a couple of teams. More so because a number of drivers from British/European categories are also committed to their own timetables.
Look for a surprise announcement or two.
HRT, for one, likes to confirm its line-up early in the season.

Rumours continue to fly about tensions within HRT. Seems there is a power struggle brewing away. Skaife will certainly want to forget about 2006,( and the ridiculous points system), but team friction can only impede his return to the pointy end of the Ch'ship.
Tander must still be spewing about Walkinshaws decision to switch him from Toll/HSV to HRT for those races. What a way to not win the Ch'ship.
One wonders if the friction helped Jum to retire.
He is not one to put up with Richard Craniums for long.
