What about cross referencing ?

No need for cross referencing. It will only confuse you, and nothing to be gained as each individual needs to be studied on a one on one basis. Cross referencing will only cause cross contamination and the likelyhood of injury is increased ten fold.

Women are generally judged more on how they look than anything else. Which I think is very sad. Says more about the people who make the judgements than the person who they deem to be not worthy just because they don't look like a "supermodel".

I would like to meet a female brain surgeon.
They are usually intelligent
They make plenty of moolah,
work reasonable hours,
leaving plenty of time for recreation,
have to be reasonably fit,
can resuscitate me after a big night,
scalpel skills are handy, to help me in the kitchen
have to be reasonably sober at all times
so my WT will be safe,
the hospital does their laundry

Ummm not so sure about that. She might accidently perform surgery on you during the night.
I would worry that she would not know how to have fun without a freshly farmed brain in her handbag.
