Graham Ross wrote:The most important thing that should come out of this is forcing the FIA to make the techincal regulations much clearer.

On the other hand I feel that BAR should be penalised simply because they seem to push everything to the absolute limit when it comes to interpreting rules. Just like when they retired their cars in Australia. Several other teams could have but didn't. (Then the FIA amended the rule)

I cant understand y Alonso, whose sitting comfortably in the championship  , is losing his cool????

Has Imola-Schumi-Ferrari affected his confidence??
Which two teams are they ?

And why isn't Alonso allowed to say what he thinks ? If we are

After his performance in Imola I don't think anything can affect this guy!

JayVee,i mentioned Schumi being a tough cookie in context of what Julian said...scroll above.

Michael was beaten fair & square by some superb control of car & mind by Alonso-Hats of to him.Yes it did show in the press conf.

I meant,Alonso mentioning that Ferrari is also cheating(he has every rgt to make his opinion, pls read what i said when he made such comments) cant be a mind game to disturb Michael at this stage.

Red Bull, McLaren and Jordan have been blasting up and down a runway at Elvington Airfield, near York(Though Jordan usually dont test their entire 30 days,i mentioned 2 teams)
Elvington Park Ltd has appealed. "The cars were tested five days in a row last week," Ian Bailey, of the local Parish council, told thisisyork.co.uk.

bernie ecclestone assuming bar guilty is very wrong, he shouldn't say that before the ruling given his position

A bit more details:

The Court could not prove that BAR intentionally cheated but questions the procedure by which the team followed when asked to empty the fuel tank.

No points for BAR at Imola and a ban at Spain and Monaco
A 6 month ban suspended for a year as well.

From the FIA statement
WHEREAS it is not possible for the Court to find, on the basis of the evidence that it was provided with, that Lucky Strike BAR Honda deliberately committed fraud, their actions at the time of the emptying procedure of the vehicle after the event, and the fact that they did not use their right in accordance with Article 2.4, to address a request for clarification on the rules to the Technical Formula One Department of the FIA, show at the least a highly regrettable negligence and lack of transparency,
On these grounds
As to the form,
DECLARES and RULES that the appeal brought by the FIA is admissible
As to the content,
INVALIDATES the decision N?49 of the Stewards at the San Marino Grand Prix on 24 April 2005,
Giving a new RULING,
DECLARES and RULES that the Lucky Strike BAR Honda team failed to comply with Articles 1.9, 4.1, 4.2, 2.6 of the Sporting Regulations and also violates Article 151-c of the International Sporting Code,
EXCLUDES Lucky Strike BAR Honda team from the event in question,
SUSPENDS the Lucky Strike BAR Honda team from the next two events in the FIA Formula One Championship,
SUSPENDS the team for a period of six months after the above-mentioned two events, with this penalty suspended for a period of one year,

It isn't clear at this stage if BAR will appeal this decision
