As Fisichella pits, Alonso has some clear air and is now pushing. He is 7th

Kovalainen's crash was very similar to that of Massa in qualifying. Just a bit stronger!

Raikkonen is now lapping in the 1:17's. He is on the super softs so he may be trying to look after them!

More sarcasm from the Yahoo/Eurosport feed.............
The nightmare for Jenson would be if the Brazilian were to get carried away and run into him: perhaps having overdone it on the KERS... I'm daydreaming...

Vettel on his retirement from the race........
I was braking a little too late and lost the car and hit the wall. We lost a lot of time on the wrong tyres in the first stint and were confident that the other tyres would work in the short stint, but they didn't. Of course it's disappointing: I'm standing here and not in the car. At Monaco, if you make a mistake you have to pay the price.

Of the top 8, Rosberg and Alonso have yet to stop. Bourdais will most likley until the end.

Webber is lapping in the mid 1:17's on the super softs and Alonso is catching him

Massa is catching Raikkonen but both are on the super softs.

Meanwhile Alonso is flying. He sets a 1:15.371!
