Are you back Kapel ?

How was the race from trackside ? Surprised with the results ?

There were 2 BBQ parties on BAR Honda, which one were you at :bounce: :bouncey: :bouncec: :rolling: :ROTFLMAO:  :crush: :TOTW:[/quote]

Hey JV,Guys,

Yes I'm back!!!I hope u'll saw me having a nice BBQ party at the BAR not once but twice  :rolling: :ROTFLMAO: :bounce:

Malaysia was hot!!! :( But the race was really exiciting.I wasnt suprised by the result though.Renault were super quick, what suprised me was the lack of Mclaren pace especially Montoya  Kimi did well in he end but....

Was really suprised With Red Bull & Toyota, they were bloody fast all weekend.
 :?

Ferrari clearly are struggling  which means i'll struggle in 8 n pole.

All in all great atmosphere, lots of Indians cheering our hero,Narain :D I'm glad he's managing to complete the race 8) Mayb he'll score 1 point at the end of the season

Welcome back Kapel

So you were at both parties .... lucky :D

But I don't think Kimi lacked pace, just luck. I am sure he would have finished ahead of Trulli

Ferrari are struggling yes but you don't have to struggle too, just don't pick them 8)

Yeah good to see all the rookies doing reasonably well but some of them were mobile chicances

Noticed the Jordan barely has any sponsorship!! Noticed the TATA at the top of the airbox, barely visible but how did Toyota allow that ?

Lucky you Kapel!

You got to watch a good race and enjoy the sight of Hondas exploding 3 laps into the race even though they were fresh engines and the sight of Bridgestones melting 8)

No Julian,TATA wont sell their shares to any competitor :(

N Toyota runs on Michelins in India, whereas TATA on Goodyear  :D ....Quite wier dont you think? No bridgestone for either,Thank God!! Or else our cars would be flat with melted tyres in 300kms

Kapel, I have never trusted Bridgestones, when as a young. callow youth with more reflex than ability I exited the tunnel northbound on to the Cahill Expressway only to find it was wet. 180 into rush hour traffic. I'm delighted to see that even Schuey has Bridgestone problems. Come to think of it, maybe the Monaco tunnel debacle was all the fault of the Bridgestones

And so on your Ute you have Michelins   or BF Goodrich

I don't like Bridgestones either and I have yet to find someone recommending them. They must have good contacts at car makers cause many cars come fitted with them and that is what keeps them afloat I suppose (Too many WON WON WON WON WON WON ads, I just hate those!!)

Had michelins, they were very good in the dry ok in the wet. Switched to Falken very good in both wet n dry, but couldn't get more than 20.000 kms. My tyre guy has just put me on toyos- they are excellent in wet, n dry good feedback and good ride comfort. Will see what kms I get. Had a couple of quick runs and they are not showing excess wear. We will see

we are not talking bambinos on bridgestones here, perhaps you want to quantify what a quick run in your book is

no. the NT towns from Barclay downs to Darwin are just far enough apart to make me nervous on a couple of occasions! And NT fuel is low octane rubbish. Took 5 stops
