So we go from a night-race to a day race; all the race setups, I suspect, are "out the window"..............

For the first time in Nashville's IndyCar history, someone finally managed to repeat as a race winner, and that honor fell to the Iceman, Scott Dixon, who held off an Andretti-Green late charge to notch his 2nd win of the 2007 campaign, tightening the points battle for the series championship. With the exception of 2004 series champion Tony Kanaan, who finished 18th after crashing early in the race, it was a banner day for AGR as points leader Dario Franchitti finished 2nd after leading most of the first 100 laps; teammates Danica Patrick and Marco Andretti finished 3rd and 5th respectively while Team Penske's Sam Hornish, Jr. finished 4th........here are the top-10 from a rain-delayed Nashville............
