i don't have a problem with it. I am sure everyone understands it is meant in a light hearted manner, in no way reflects the views of NewsOnF1, and I would willingly accept something similar depicting a ford or another team. Might be an idea to run it by Ed first tho.

I think I will wear my girly skirt on this one and let someone else post it if they see fit.

I would have thought it was to Rick Sato.

Did Sato mean to punt people off?

The reports I have read in the various media, along with "letters to the editor" etc, indicate a wide spread feeling of anger and disgust towards the two Holden teams, and Rick Kelly and Tom Walkinshaw in particular.
A minority of letter writers have branded Lowndes as a whinger, but they are far outweighed by Holden fans who say they have turned away from their allegiance in disgust.

I always wondered what would happen should it come down to the last race of the season and would Holden or Ford teams align themselves for the good of the manufacturer to win the title. Now I know. I would have hated to be an official at the meeting and be forced to make the kind of judgement calls required at the last round. It seems really strange that a driver can claim to have tyre problems which result in slowing the other makes championship contender and then miraculously be back on the pace after receiving a bad sportsmanship flag.
I don't care which team did it but it is not in the spirit of the game.

I agree with that. It is notable that at Surfers, Lowndes was complaining of being held up by a Ford. The Ford teams then said there would be no overt or covert support for any one team.

As a Holden fan I felt ashamed for the way Holden carried on in the last race.

I might follow TKR and change camps next year.
I don't blame the officials for their decision as it would have had to been based on simular situations of what has occured during the year. I've seen worse this year that hasn't even resulted in a drive through penalty.

You could do a lot worse than Team Kiwi, or Tasman Motorsport.
