- I agree completely . Hamilton will have to prove to me he's better than Alonso in the wet , but at this point , I wouldn't be a bit suprised if he is .

Good comments by all especially Jim Watt. I love open wheel racing, and despite ramblings of the misinformed NASCAR Nation, F1 is still the pinnacle of motorsport. Always has, and hopefully always will (that is if Bernie & The Jets don't finally ruin it for good). Incidently, Jim, it was I who chose JensoButtano as my DotD, not F1Greyhound who said he had no DotD.
I expect if the rain continues, Fernando Alonso will be next to unbeatable in England. He is the rain master of the moment. I would expect Lewis Hamilton to be a bit more conservative in the rain at home. Having said that, I am chosing Hambone to win his home Grand Prix. I wish I could be there as this will be the most exciting British GP since the Mansell days.

FERNANDO looked great last year at the Hungaroring but it was also the package - and dont forget JENSON won.
However Im pretty sure NICK is the fastest in the wet.....
...and LEWIS has to be, coming from the rainy isle..

I beg to differ, Jenson would still be winless if it weren't for Alonso's wheel nut problem.

Agreed
Alonso was a cut above the rest that race. Jenson was in the right place at the right time to reap the benefits of Alonso's misfortune.
That said, you have to be in the position to take advantage of the situation when it is presented to you.
