Then how come I couldn't get a drive

Hours behind the wheel of a Ute dont count

Harumph....broke the over 3 litre record in a vauxhall cresta in my first hillclimb.....(using the nom de plume M Mousse......I was 15).....took out 60ft of wire and posts on the second run.....the corner post hurt the car a tad)
got to within .05 of the outright record in a Ferrari 250LM at a certain antipodean track which is still in use (albeit in shortened form..Jack Brabham Corner no longer exists)...at 18yo........then got drafted.....jeez you can have fun in an APC.....til they bust you back to footslogger for "wilful misuse of military equipment".........2 year ago stayed within .02 of a certain SBS driver in SS utes around Oran Park.....kept my kid alive and SAFE in a 1440 Km dash in ten hours in the Northern Territory....(Damn, those Cape Buff are BIG

..........etc .....etc
So how come Ide/Kimi can and I cannot

Your record seems pretty impressive, looks like you had a great deal of fun, any open wheel stuff
Fire your manager, seems like he didnt do his part in securing a drive, better still sue the b@s+@^d

Loss of income, defamation, pain and suffering, anguish, and anything else that comes to mind
Get a new manager and a good sponsor, buy a seat like the rest of them, simple really. Well, easier said than done.
Barkeep, get another round

Be careful...........the results of drinking my poison include continually posting off topic, posting unfunny one liners, wing walking on grounded aircraft, and a fatal attraction to Spanish Dancers with many large brothers, uncles and cousins.
