Alonso is beating the best in F1, Rossi is beating the best in Moto, neither will be able to beat the other on the other's turf so it is a pretty stupid idea 
Isn't there the race of champions or something like that ? Maybe they can race in that one but it may not be fair on Rossi as he is more used to 2 wheels!
