Am I right in thinking that Toyota is the only team to start this season with the same Drivers, Engine and Tyres as in 2006??

I believe you are right. Only Super Aguri may be the other exception.

Thats what Toyota said at their launch:
Toyota unveiled its new TF107 challenger in Cologne on Friday. Toyota is the only one of the 11 F1 teams to go into the new season with the same engine, the same tyre partner, and the same two race drivers. Toyota believes this degree of continuity coupled with an aggressive strategy will land the Cologne-based outfit its first win in 2007.
