Merging sub-forums

With the unification of the Indy Racing League and Champ Car World Series, there's no longer a need for two separate sub-forums for each series within the North American Motorsports section, so I was wondering if it would be possible to merge both of them into one sub-forum, under the IRL's banner.
Also, would it be possible to move the threads for the IRL's Indy Pro Series and the Atlantic Championship into their own sub-forum?.....that way, there would still be two sub-forums within the North American Motorsports section; only the organization of each would change.
