The deadline for submitting the picks is the start of Saturday practice. That is 12:00 Monaco time (10:00 GMT) on Saturday 22/5/2021.

Max and Sir Lewis are consistently the fastest pair so this is a given, as is Valtteri Bottas on the bottom rung of the podium.
The rest is a lottery. Daniel Ricciardo does perform well here and Lando Norris will be sitting straight up his tailpipe.
Now, it becomes more difficult. The barriers, safety cars and the difficulty to pass places a premium on qualifying.
I would love to see Carlos Sainz, Kimi Raikkonen and even Antonio Giovinazzi all deserve a good result but there are only 10 places that pay.

Hello CM Lean: how come I always have to fill out this form to put my picks in? I go way back as a participant in ten n'pole and I have no problem submitting my picks, but when I come to the forum, I always have to fill out the form as though I am a beginner?

Anyway, I think the race will be interesting this time and would love to see the Ferraris on the podium but I don't think I will. Here's my picks & reasons:

1. Lewis Hanilton (because he's Lewis and his team gives him everything he needs)
2. Max Verstappen (because his car is almost as fast as Lewis's and his team is almost as good as Mercedes.)
3. Valteri Bottas (because he's driving a Mercedes, too.)
4. Charles LeClerc (because its his home race and he's in a Ferrari.)
5. Sergio Perez (because a Red Bull is as good as a Ferrari these days.)
6. Carlos Sainz (because he's driving a Ferrari.)
7. Daniel Ricciardo (Because he's the owner of seventh place this year.)
8. Lando Norris (because a McLaren/Mercedes is a solid machine.)
9. Esteban Ocon (See above.)
10-.Pierre Gasly (because I like the Red Bull second team)

Pole Lewis Hamilton (for the same reason that he'll win the race.)

Congratulations to the winners of the Round of Monaco '21 Charles Leclerc was still classified as the pole sitter as he had no penalties following his crash in qualifying.
All other drivers started their race from their qualifying grid position.
