Sergio Perez has announced he will be leaving Racing Point at the end of season.
Sebastian Vettel has been confirmed as the replacement team driver.
Following Pierre Gasly's sensational win in Monza, I expect that he will be resigned. Just with which Red Bull team is to be determined.

Yuki Tsunoda has been announced as the second driver for AlphaTauri.
Sergio Perez has also been announced as the second Red Bull driver.
This answers the questions to the vacant seats.
