I found driver of the day harder this time. Vettel absolutely dominated the weekend, and Massa had a great second place. Hulkenberg climbed from 15th to 7th and Kobayashi held off Button for the last laps to claim his first ever podium and best finish by a Japanese driver at their home race.
I went for Vettel, in the end. Hopefully this marks a return to form for Massa, who's been driving better of late.
Terrible luck for Alonso at the start and Webber's right to be less than enamoured with Grosjean. The latter half of the race seemed rather less exciting than the first half, though. |

I agree with Thaddeus... very hard to choose just one for DotD. However I gave it to Massa. Great to see him on the podium again. _________________ Holy crap on a cracker!

I would have loved to see Alonso in the race as I think the results would have been different with him in the mix.
Grosjean not doing himself any favours with taking everyone out in the first laps. Have to wonder if he will be around much longer.
I think he could be good if he just settled down a bit and stopped making stupid mistakes.

| I agree on Grosjean. He's fast, but he seems to lack judgement when it comes to starts. It's worth mentioning that not all the incidents have been his fault, but he's been involved in so many and clearly caused the biggest one (at Spa) that I also think he might end up not coming back next year if this continues. |

Sorry I didn't mean that is always his fault. He has just made a couple of mistakes early in the races possibly due to trying a bit too hard to get in front in the first lap or two.
I hope he doesn't lose his seat because of it. _________________ Holy crap on a cracker!
