You can submit your picks at ttp://www.newsonf1.com/8npole/submit.htm then paste your picks here and tell us why you think your picks will be the correct ones.

The deadline for submitting the picks for Australia is the 14th of March prior to the start of the first Friday practice session.

I am sure we are all excited by the prospect of a new year. Unfortunately I won't be in Australia for the GP this year. It is our 25th wedding anniversary at the end of March and we are going to Phuket for a week in the beginning of March. My first trip outside Oz!!
I booked the holiday before checking the date of the GP.
Must remember to get my tips in!!!
Good luck to everyone.

Thank you for submitting your 8 'n' Pole picks for the Grand Prix of Australia.
You have registered the following picks :

Winner : Lewis Hamilton
Second : Felipe Massa
Third : Heikki Kovalainen
Fourth : Kimi Raikkonen
Fifth : Fernando Alonso
Sixth : Mark Webber
Seventh : Nick Heidfeld

The start of something new. Hammo (& McLaren) will win the season. Ferrari will be close, then Alonso will fight the rest for the last points.

Have a good trip Jacfan. 8)

Im going with the conventional wisdom that Maccas and Ferrari are a cut above the rest, Alonso will be leading the best of the rest of which the biggest surprise is going to be Nico Rosberg, followed by Webber in a mildly competitive, reliable car.

Nick Heidfeld didnt feature in my (extensive and lengthy  ) deliberations so I guess he must be going to have a bad day.

Looking forward to being proved wrong 8)
