why so slow

Why are the prizes so slow in been sent out?My wife won some prizes over a year ago and has still not got them. Why even offer prizes if you don't intend on sending them. It can't possibly take over a year to send something.

First of all please accept our apologies for the delays
A while back we posted a message trying to explain the reason for these delays and it is mainly due to our staff spending a lot of time overseas plus the fact that we had to order a new batch of prizes from our suppliers.
We said earlier that the prizes will be sent out around the middle of January so all the winners should expect PM's in the next few days!
Once again apologies for the delay and this situation shouldn't be repeated in the future.
