Hi GhoGho

V8 Supercars is the traditional Ford v GM rivalry.
In Australia, the Ford product is the Ford Falcon and the GM product is the Holden Commodore. At this stage, there are no other makes invited to join the series however there is interest from others as it is a great marketing tool for the manufacturers concerned.

The engines are 5 litre push rod V8's. If you want to get into the nuts and bolts in relation to the specs, go to www.v8supercar.com.au

For anyone who doesn't know how the 8'n'pole scoring works, go to

for the explanation.
Don't forget to register for F1 8'n'pole for Melbourne.
