I still think it is Suzuka. Satoru Nakajima has the most victories there albeit not in a Formula 1 car.

The Ferrari driver was Gilles Villeneuve in 1981.

I thought for sure it was Detroit.
Both Mansell and Prost have won it although Mansell did in an IndyCar.
It has hosted different series.
It is making its comeback this year.
About 14 or so F1 races were held there.
The downtown track was definitely the bumpiest surface. In fact, I still have the video tape of the race in which Prost won. He and 2nd placed Jacques Laffitte were complaining about the bumps to Chris Economaki.

Yes, GB is part of Europe. When I say outside Europe I mean North and South America, Asia, Africa, Australia/Oceania and Antarctica
Another note: Dual continent countries (Russia and Turkey) are considered part of only one continent (in this case Europe).
