Circuito Monteblanco
Another Spanish circuit got FIA license. Good deal cuz I was getting tired of watching testing at Jerez or Barcelona.

No F1 license as of yet though, which means GP2 racing or F1 testing max. But if the circuit proves to be good enough they might get the racing license too.jacfan wrote:Looks interesting.

Said license covers all races up to GP2. So I think that ought to cover MotoGP.jacfan wrote:What about the motogp or do they need the licence for that too?

Yeah. It's like Bahrain sans the second straight. Maybe they'll upgrade the track and get an F1 race license too.Ed wrote:That is an interesting circuit. It has a similar look to Bahrain but more complex!
The main straight is nearly 1Km and that isn't too short! Perhaps so when compared to the Fuji straight which is 1.25 Km (I think) but there a few tracks with a straight shorter than 900 m!
The main straight isn't that short, but if it turns out to be a problem there's space to fix it. Remember, Hungaroring's main straight was lengthened by some 600+ ft a while back.
