Okay, Kapel, we get your point, but Ralfie beating the Renaults? That would be like betting on a donkey to beat Secretariat!Kapel wrote:Toyota surely are improving with Truli but Ralfie is surely going down...with all the things he did in the racewithout those bumping, speeding in pits he would have surely finished ahead of the Reanults...

It fully true, even im very embarrassed from other guys (GhoGho, JayVee, Julian Mayo )where i make defend line to defined Ralf but after his wild moves, i ended with my face in the ground, but i think we all see his ability to give him self a solid race when he want to even after STUPID mistakes.F1greyhound wrote:False,
the TOYOTAs were both faster than the RENAULTs. Jarno came from last to catch up with them and RALF was even faster after he had already finished 4th in France. So what donkey are you talkin about?
Ralf and Trulli where 4th and 5th fastest drivers in the race and If we considers Kimi was 3 stopper, so he was faster because he has less fuel in the start of the each stint where tire preform at thier best, so we can say Maclaren and Toyota are in the same level and if Renault keep it pace down we can see many podiums for Toyota and Maclaren.
5th in 2005 in 8 & Pole
18th in 2010 in 10&Pole

The Mountain is a savage Mistress.
Mass dampers etc.
Seems like we didnt have all the info last week.
Everyone blaming MAX (who should be blamed anyway) Charley W, Ferrari, other teams, Michelin etc.etc.
Renault also changed the rear suspension last week which was probably the main reason for the rear tires blistering, resulting in their poor performance.

"Moreover, a brand new rear suspension kit that was used at Hockenheim has been pulled from the R26. Symonds confirmed that the 'previous specification' will almost certainly be used throughout this weekend."
So maybe, just maybe, the blame should be placed at Renaults door............

Fair enough, but can we still blame Max as well ?GhoGho wrote:Seems like we didnt have all the info last week.

An F1 Idiot!!!
Re: Mass dampers etc.
It was Mclaren who pinpointed on the mass dampers on Renaults & Ferraris, cos their couldnt give them any advantage...so Renault suffered more cos their car is built around the mass dampers N not Ferraris...N ya the new suspension was also the cos of Renaults rear tyre baldingGhoGho wrote:Seems like we didnt have all the info last week.

Ralf Shoe!!
Fast cars do not a race winner make. Otherwise Jenson Button would have more than a few GP victories along with Andrea deCesaris, Chris Amon, Martin Brundle and others.
I don't see Ralf beating his brother, Alonso, Raikkonen or Barrichello in a straight fight no matter what the damn car can do!
