Wow you have had a tiring day. I know all about moving stuff around. You know the drill, wife describes an arrangement, I haul the furniture over, wife looks around, shakes her head and comes up with an entirely new design :)

Life's tough.

Anyway, here's your Bailey's and Butterscotch schnaps. Nite.

Was the opposite here. Hubby says, " Can you give me a hand?" So then I am helping with moving stuff I did not know was being moved. Yes we had talked about it but did not know it was happening just yet. Still it does look better.

Considering he's Dutch and from Amsterdam, yeah, definitely north of the M-D line :) After all New York was once New Amsterdam
mlittle wrote:Anyway......barkeep, how ya' doing this fine evening? One iced tea, please....how's the construction on the new liquor cabinet going? 8)
Construction coming along just fine. I am stressing the importance of the material quality. Nothing but the very best must be used. The same goes for the contents of the cabinet, and the shower.

It is very quiet at the bar. Is this because of the construction of the 'walk in and relax' cabinet gkaytaz ?

Testing is about to start in Barcelona and we need all those plasmas in their place and working.

We're doing our best. The construction workers will be doing some overtime. I reckon the facilities will be ready by the weekend.

Meanwhile why don't you all enjoy a round on the house  Uh, mind the scaffolds.

Shower's ready. Hot water connection due tomorrow. Jacuzzi functional too, sans hot water. Cabinet's as good as finished. Only need to apply the final coating. The jukebox's slightly delayed but should be in by Friday. The cellar will be stocked in full by midday Thursday. The light fixtures will be renovated as well. The electrician will be in first thing tomorrow. The day after tomorrow I will be interviewing candidates for one additional barmaid and three server positions (two females, one male; gotta think of all customers you know). Need help on that though. Who'd like to be in the committee?

Lets see ....

2007 Season or pre-season testing has started (depending on when you define the start of the season :D ). There are some interesting discussions in that thread as well as the 'parallel' thread called Pre-side-testing chat (and don't ask me why I called it that!!).

Spammer activity last week was on the rise which is creating a bit of headache for us.

There is plenty of discussions about Cricket as the Ashes have started.

Round 5 of 'Who Am I' is on! Jacfan and cmlean are in the lead. Try to catch them :D

mlittle continues his superb job on the North American Forums :D

We have a new active member from Finland who posted 27 times on the first day of joining

And sorry, the new emoticons are not up yet. Waiting for the polar proof cabinet to finish :D

If I missed anything I am sure the others would mention it.

Okay folks. The new Cabinet is ready! We will need a few days to get everything up to speed but the Cabinet and the Shower are ready to serve our valued members. F1 Idiots' Cab & Shower grand opening will take place on Sunday. Ceremony will commence as Ed cuts the ribbon and JM drinks the first WT & Coke... Oh, make sure to have some change in your pocket for the jukebox.

We apologize for the temporary disorder caused by the construction effort but F1 Idiots deserve the best...
