Jukebox is a given. As for live band we gotta decide on what kinda music to have here. Julian and a banjo sounds a tad too... uh... eccentric :)

I don't smoke either. But a bar wouldn't be a real bar without the hazy atmosphere.

Oh, music! We forgot about the music. Who'll take care of that? Any volunteers?
Anyone but Mfer ! ! Took us a quadrillion posts to find a group we both like.

Counting Crows, Imbruglia, Blunt, Williams
Dunno much about Fanning or Geiger.
A little on the more classic rock side: Scorpions, Deep Purple, Pink Floyd, Tesla, Elvis Presley, Led Zeppelin, Queen, Santana...

Dixie Chicks so-so. Don't mention Hank Williams; him I don't like much. Creedence Clearwater Revival could be an option here. S&G also okay, though later works by Art were :nap: . Beach Boys: fine. Louis is a classic anyway. I tend to add some Dave Brubeck inbetween. Maybe some Dizzy Gillespie or John L Hooker. Springsteen I like. Barnes: nyet. Elvis is a must :) Steppenwolf cool. the rest: ho-hum.

In that case some Radiohead, No Doubt, Smashmouth and Eric Clapton would be neat too.

Be as it may, music-tastewise we seem to be pretty close.

How about come Connie Francis? And a little Nat King Cole?
