Thanks Kapel. As they say, that is a step in the right directionKapel wrote:Yes JayVee,with u persisting i shall ...
When Rubens came to Ferrari, he was not in the league of top 5 drivers around(otherwise he wouldnt be there). It was understood between Rubens & the team that the main aim was to win the drivers title which had eluded them since 1979 after they secured the Constructors in 1999.
Rubens on the other hand got being in one of the most historic team, guarentee point finishing positions & odd wins when Michael is struggling.A better pay check, bonus on points & recognition in the F1 world!!
Michael would be the Captain of the ship n unless he has be ruled out mathemathically for drivers championship,he would have a first go at it,Otherwise the concentration would be on the other driver(like 99,where Michael would also help)
Spare Car option will be available for Michael first except Brazil, but the race car shall be equipped with equal tested parts.
What about Brazil 2002 ? What about Bahrain this year
What about the very little testing Barrichello got at the start of every season.
Over to you!

For testing, its at a sole discretion of the drivers when they wish to test!!Plus Michael is definitely better driver in terms evaluating the new car pluses & minuses, that helps Rubens actually

In Brazil Michael raced with the new car while Rubens with the old!
In Bahrain, you remember the problems with Rubens several gearboxes
As for testing the car exclusively first, I doubt Rubens was happy with that but if he told you that Michael was the better driver then I'll believe you

Oh JayVee,Godess JayVee...
In F1 parts fails, its not a case of sabotage of given old ones...Would Mclaren sabotage Kimi's engine in favour of Montoya at this stage...this is streching too much babe!!!
Ferrari were not sure in the early part of the season if their car is ready to race, but Michael opted for new to have a go at a race ,i think 2 races before their official launch,I think it was a smart move, cos u wouldnt want both ur new cars breaking down.
JayVee only spare car, championship is preferential treament

Only inferior as far as his contract goes.JayVee wrote:See rah, it is tricky to get into a discussion with you as you change your reference points. Well this is a bit tricky as you haven't defined "a long time ago".
It is a well known fact the Michael gets the spare car at all the races except for Brazil.
It is a certain fact that in 2002 Michael raced with the new car while Barrichello raced with the old car
Michael always gets priority when it comes to testing the new car.
Those are facts that are known and it is obvious that Rubens isn't getting equal treatment. Surely there would be a lot more than that hapenning behind closed doors which I am sure we'll hear about soon after Rubens leaves Ferrari.
Or perhaps Kapel can tell us some stories told by his good friend
A "lesser" car doesn't mean it is intentionally made slower and I never suggested Barrichello would get an intentionally slower car.
I described earlier how Barrichello is treated in an inferior way at Ferrari.
Isn't it interesting that Kapel isn't adding his two cents on this particular subject
Ok, Lewis may win the WDC in 07, but Sato will beat him in 08.

Kapel, you still didn't answer the very simple question: Did Barrichello tell you he was happy for Michael to test the new car cause he thought Michael was better than him ? Honest ?Kapel wrote:Oh JayVee,Godess JayVee...

My question to you is what do you mean when you say Barrichello's contract is inferior ? In which ways is it inferior ?

Well I am not sure if you noticed, but MS is the lead driver of Ferrari. Rubens must support MS. That sounds pretty inferior to me.JayVee wrote:rah wrote:I doubt there is anyone in the world who thinks that the Rubens contract is as good as Michaels.
