BTW welcome to the crazy world here in News on F1.

The racing section of this site is (usually) serious and if it isn't then Ed drops by and puts all the silly comments here in the Lounge. The Lounge is an area for all F1 idiots. So you can pull up a chair and have a chat or go to the bar and grab a drink or 55. You tell a joke or six in the Joke section but to be totally honest it does help if you are a little or a lot loopy.
If you are a male then you can't possibly expect to have the last word in this particular thread but you can in (most) others. If you are female then you certainly can join in to beat the guys. If you are neither of those two options....... WELCOME.

Although there are parts of what Julian says are true there are some gaping holes in his list of essential items.

Most essential would be chocolate, strawberries or chocolate dipped strawberries. Bottle of Baileys or Cointreau or that ability to supply lots of shots. Of course you may have to check with Julian to see if he is still supplying these essentials as he is my usual supplier. A good massage is always welcome but again check with the usual supplier.... though I am sure there are others here who would appreciate a good neck/back rub.

Sense of humour vital.

Apart from that go with Julian's list. If having trouble with anything just ask Julian. He usually knows what is what around here.
