It was a ripper, Rah. Championship winning ride by Stoner. Brilliant riding by Chris n Marco. Rossi looked ordinary

Read where Stoner said.......he had to ride over the limit last year, and risk the crashes he had, just to be looked at by the top teams"......., apparantly they prefer a really quick rider, they can teach to stay on

Great stuff by Chris...Glad he finally got himself a win, and it was from well back on the grid

Rossi was nothing special in my opinion, and Marco rode well...Managed to keep relatively steady...he had his moments..
Nice stuff by Stoner, very good ride, I must agree with Julian..........pity about Nicky....

To give him the benefit of any doubt......some chassis set-ups/tyre choices just don't handle that much rain.....he seemed to run wide on the left handers onlyjacfan wrote:Chris was definitely rider of the day. He was fantastic. Must admit that Rossi was very ordinary.....I wonder why.

his Superbike style helps Chris in the rain, we saw that at The Island, Stoner rode a championship winning racejacfan wrote:Julian Mayo wrote:Or his tyre cuts werejacfan wrote:True but on the day Chris was definitely a cut above the rest.True. I guess it was good for him to get his first win but I don't think either Stoner or Rossi will taking the loss lying down.
