that is set at an optimum angle to the slipstream, the slipstream is affected by the vehicle's inherent bounce recovery, whether it be on a straight or entering, exiting a corner.. Change that, and lets say entering a slightly bumpy corner, at the end of a straight, then the whole aero for braking downforce is affected............bugga

I think last year the stewards allowed BAR on that fuel tank issue & the FIA banned it N u know what the penalty was..thats what i mean by risk
