bring back stick shift

if cutting cost/advantage with eletric gizmos is the rule of thumb, then bring back the gear shift...

Like the idea, yet shifter action would be pretty furious as a driver shifts gears up from 2nd to 7th. Pattern may be a little big too.
Don't mind me I'm waiting for RH2005 to finish
